	Actually on my Debian system if I change the home directory in
/etc/passwd from /home/user to /home/./home/user FTP will not let you
in... but if I leave it and just add the appropriate guestgroup entry to
ftpaccess it does what it should... I just have to copy ~ftp/bin and
~ftp/lib to the home directory to allow them ls access as it will no
longer look in ~ftp/bin or ~ftp/lib...
