Yeah, my successor*2 @eas.gatech.edu was complaining vehemently about that
of late... their mail+dns box is now a GW2K/RH5, and OIT refuses to give 
him the time of day with respect to it.... 

What they really need is a dedicated Linux dude in there to support it....
hell, I'd do it, but I'm not sure the state would be willing (or able) 
to pay me the kind of bucks I'd want to do so....
