I am trying to install some upgrade kernels to my Linux box, and when I =
tar/unzip the files there is a directory called /install .
Within that there is a file called 'doinst.sh'  which appears to be a =
shell or batch file to remove old and install-link new stuff.  Can =
anyone point me to some useful info on how to use.  I haven't progressed =
to the point of writing scripts or working with .sh  files yet.  But I =
am making progess thanks to the list!
