yes.. cdimage.debian.org for ISO images.. Debian also supports install via net using ftp/http protocols which are better than downloading the ISO. Debian right now is at 2 CDs with the upcoming potato at 4 (without counting the contrib , non-free and non-US)

glibc 2.0 in stable aka slink
glibc 2.1 in unstable aka potato
