[ale] Kernel Panic

Hi all!


I encounter a problem in our server. The server can't boot. The message is
listed below:

Kernel panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on 03:09

Does anoyone encounter this problem. Is there a way to rescue or to bring
back the server properly operating..
