Solved (I hope): [Re: [ale] Problems printing 'pdf's]

I traced this problem to my version of 'gs' (GNU3.33), which did not have
'pnmraw' support built in.  The files printed fine on 'genuine' ps
printers and with gs5.10 at home.  I'm now building gs5.10 and sibs at
work.
