[ale] [ale-admin] Problem with Red Hat

I need help, fast......just rebuilt a Linux2.0.30 system on Intel yesterday
and I came in this morning and have this message:

EXT2-fs error (device 03:01): ext2_find_entry: directory #182287 contains a
hole at offset 3081170944

the 3081170944 changes to different 10-digit numbers....I have seen about 15
error messages with different 10-digit numbers at the end

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
