[ale] Linux Installation Q: RTL8029 Network card & Kernel 2.2pre1

I've got one of these cards in one of my machines that I just upgraded to 2.2.
Worked fine first time and it is the PCI NE2000 driver. Everything else seems to
be going good too except linuxconf complains about missing some function when in X
(text mode still works).
