I really suggest you to take /etc/squid/squid.conf.default that came in
this RPM and resrite it into a new configuration file.

You are forgetting to specify the acl type.

I believe all patterns are now case-insensitive. So you should remove
"/i".

P.S. I have squid-1.2.beta19 RPM already, but I can not put in in contrib
- - the scripts that manages the uploads thinks that 1.2 is older than
1.NOVM and does not accept my RPMs.
