[ale] Sendmail 8.8.8 and nmbd question...

Hello all,
	I'm having problems with my linux 2.0.33 installation... I recently
downloaded, compiled & installed Sendmail 8.8.8, and it was working fine.
However, when I rebooted my machine yesterday, my sendmail isn't working
right now.

I can't get Sendmail to function as a Daemon process anymore, and it won't
queue mail anymore.  (It's trying to queue, but it starts spawning
"sendmail -v" processes after it can't bind to the socket.)

Here's a list of the error messages I'm getting:

Apr  5 03:20:54 zeus sendmail[100]: problem creating SMTP socket
Apr  5 03:20:54 zeus sendmail[100]: NOQUEUE: SYSERR(root):
opendaemonsocket: can
not bind: Address already in use

then...

Apr  5 03:25:20 zeus inetd[125]: execv /usr/sbin/nmbd: No such file or
directory
Apr  5 03:25:20 zeus inetd[85]: /usr/sbin/nmbd: exit status 0x1
Apr  5 03:25:39 zeus last message repeated 14 times


Any assistance would be appreciated.
