Correct.  Just for everyone's info, BellSouth has just come out with (yet)
another tarriff for PRI that finally makes dialout almost as cost effective
as BRIs:

   Unmetered
   Voice/Data inbound (single hunt number)
   Data only outbound
   ~$1100/month (~$47/mo B Channel) for 23B+D

I have no idea what they are calling this one, but it is probably grouped
under their Pathlink Lite services.
