Micro Center and Engineer's bookstore both have slackware. Micro
Center has both the Infomagic Slackware '96 set (I think 4 CDs) and the
Linux Developer's Resource (6 CD's) which includes Slackware 96.
Engineer's I know has the Developer's Resource, but I'm not too certain
about the actual "Slackware 96" distribution set.
As far as "Is Slackware 96 a 2.0 system? Yes. If I'm not mistaken,
it starts you with kernel 2.0.27 out of the box.
