I have a 16 bit telnetd that ran on win3.11 + trumpet winsock.

I'm certain it'll work to some degree, even in the Win95 startup group.
It may just let one remote cmd line session at a time, or it may allow
N concurrent cmd lines. 

I have telnetd.zip, I can uuencode and email?  I don't have the ftp archive
site that I fetched this from but,,  my private archie db just returned the
