This talk about RH 5.0 reminds me,

I'm planning on building a new and modern home PC and RH 5.0 will be the
first OS
to be installed.

Choosing supported HW components is always a problem, when the HW is
leading
edge.

Has RH listed the supported SCSI controllers and VGA cards 5.0 supports
out of
the box?

The area where I expect problems is with out of the box support for
Symbios Logic's
SCSI Ultra-Wide controler chip, 875, if I'm not mistaken.

I'm interested in whether the full 15 devices are supported on the Wide
SCSI bus yet.

Worse, I want to run either 2 controllers or the FirePort 40 Dual
controller for two
separate busses.  Even more SCSI devices...  Actually the goal is
separating the 
Ultra Wide boot disk from the SCSI-2 slower devices onto a separate
buss.
