[ale] Redhat 4.0 SNMP question

Does Redhat 4.0 support SNMP (as an agent) right out of the box?  That 
is, if I've got a brand new installation of Redhat 4.0, can I aim a MIB 
browser at the machine and be able to look at the machine's configuration 
attributes?  We're trying to find something interesting to do for a 
network management class project...
