Just for those that may be interested.  I'm on a Connectix quickcam mailing
list and someone from the list posted that Connectix is sending out $60
rebate coupons for the Color Cam to current Quickcam 'registered' owners.

By the way, for those unaware, the Quickcam is B/W and the Color Cam is, well,
you know, color....

There are Linux drivers for the Quickcam.
