[ale] ssh-1-2.13-1i.i386.rpm install error

With the following file, the file hangs during while attempting to upgrade. 
It hangs @ the hash mark shown below.  Note, I did telinit 1 as the 
upgrade README suggests, still hangs.  Anyone else experiance this ?
Anyway to fix this ?
Oh, I just tried it w/ the latest rpm, 2.0.8, same error as 2.0.7, bummer.

Subsequently @ boot up, I get this error, no doubt due to the incompleted 
upgrade...

Starting sshd: sshd Could not load host key: /etc/ssh_host_key: No such 
file or
directory
