possibly in need of a linux system

I may need to purchase a PC soon to possibly replace my home system that
appears to be sort of ill.

My dream system would be

	a laptop with a docking station
	486DX66 or better
	32M
	>= 500M disk
	inboard on in-docking-station scsi controller
	runs Linux

and here's the kicker

	everything works ok at 220 volts too

Any suggestions are welcome.
