}I tried to install NCSA httpd -- I think I've got all the .conf files
}right. But when I try to run it I get "Segmentation fault." What does
}this mean?
Well, it's not good. It's refering to memory access.
}
}I got the Linux binary for 1.2.13, which I am running. Should I try
}compiling my own binary?
I've got NCSA httpd running on my machine. I believe that I pulled the
precompiled version off a cdrom I have. It's working fine. When you say
you got the Linux binary for 1.2.13, you're refering to Linux and not NCSA
httpd right?
Where'd you get the NCSA code? What's your hardware configuration? Maybe
we can sort this out if we have a bit more info.
}
}I have no idea what I'm doing, so all help is appreciated.
Hey, very few of us do! :)
