Netscape news Question

}I've been having some trouble with the new version of netscape,
}which I've downloaded last weekend.

}It seems that the all my newsgroups are listed with the frist four
}letters of the group, followed by a few periods and then the last 
}couple of letters from the end of the group, for example,

Yeah, I saw it too.  What you can increase that part of the window by 
positioning you cursor over the separating bar and then dragging the bar to
the right.  Then you will need to do the same within the actual frame.  That
is move the other fields in that area to the left using the same dragging
approach.  The cursor has got to be in the right place though.  You'll know
if you're there because the cursor will change.  I don't read mail from
Netscape anymore so this may be a bit confusing if it is, let me know and
I'll try and provide a better explanation.
