[ale] PPP and Linux

}Anyone know where I can find a PPP dialer for Linux that does 
}PAP authentication? The ISP that I'm trying to connect with 
}auto-detects communication software. Thus, I can't use dip or
}minicom.

I'm currently using pppd and the man page indicates it has a PAP flag.  I
don't use it and don't know anything about setting it up, but you may want
to check it out.
