[ale] Looking for makedepend sources

I apparently kept an old makedepend while upgrading gcc and X11, so my
makedepend references an obsolete directory for gcc-lib/*/include --
I imagine I need to rebuild makedepend as it seems to be a binary,
but I don't find sources.  (BTW, I want to match gcc 2.6.3, FWIW)
