I have 32Mb of RAM on a P-75. I was trying to setup a RamDisk 
that I could dynamically allocate (or specify as a boot parameter)
and mount on /tmp for kernel compilations.

I've tried:
   1) append "ramdisk"
      ramdisk=4096

   2) append "ramdisk hd=1024,16,256"
   3) passing ramdisk 4096
   4) passing mount ramdisk=/tmp
   5) passing ramdisk 4096 mount ramdisk=/tmp

and none worked.  3-5, I tried both with and w/o "ramdisk = 4096".

I'm using 1.3.90 and I compiled in the RAMDRIVE support.
