[ale] ppp/chat and shiva.

I am trying to use chat to dialup to a shiva PPP server.  When I get the 
connection I see a CONNECT message then need to press two C/R to get the 
userid prompt.  I have been unable to get past this point.  I would like 
to know if anyone has a chat script that works for shiva or if any has a 
script for a similar situation.
