I am a recruiter in Atlanta and we have one of our largest clients looking for a LINUX Admin. This is a PERM opportunity. This person MUST be in a current role doing admin work 75% of the time. Below is a brief description.


Top Skills:

  *   Must have Security+ Certification
  *   Must be current military, ex-military, or hold a clearance
  *   2+ years' experience with deployment and management of large scale Red Hat Linux environments
  *   Must have Linux Admin experience, not just operator experience.
  *   Experience with server virtualization, specifically VMware
  *   Basic network and SANS experience.
  *   Disaster recovery and enterprise backups.
  *   Plus Skills:
     *   Any government clearance
     *   Storage experience
     *   Scripting experience (python, bash, perl, ruby, etc..)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  *   Implement and maintain enterprise environment of Red Hat Linux servers, backup systems and other software
  *   Work with network, customer support, PM, and DBA teams to maintain and support infrastructure platforms
  *   Create and configure disaster recovery plans
