Sr. DevOps Engineer
Cloud Operations and Reliability Engineering (CORE)

The CORE team operates a continuous integration pipeline (several) that the delivery teams use to build, test, and operate software on.  This team manages the entire infrastructure, all of the automation and tooling from code check in to code deploy.  The automation provides the all the necessary integration for monitoring, alerting, and all of the launch control and config of the AWS scaling and self-healing capabilities available to us. The tools and use-cases are diverse, and our challenge is to increase the development velocity by optimizing various parts of the pipeline.  We are looking for senior level full-stack engineers, who are passionate about what they do.

If you love to figure out how all the pieces are put together in a build environment, or if automation and building tooling to monitor and manage your applications sounds interesting to you, we want to talk to you.

What you will do:
- Implement, Maintain, and Improve our Continuous Integration environment
- Support all aspects of the software build and delivery tooling
- Establish best practices around plugin and product upgrades
- Develop automated build, deployment and support tools
- Bake in all operational elements into Amazon Machine Images, Monitoring etc.

The skills we require:
- Experienced in at least one script language (Bash, Python, Perl)
- Experience with configuration management systems (Chef, Puppet)
- Experience configuring and supporting Jenkins or Hudson
- Linux system administration expertise
- Networking Knowledge
- Experience with Artifactory (or Nexus)
- Excellent written communication, problem solving, and process management skills
- Desire to work in a fast paced, evolving, growing, dynamic environment

The skills we prefer:
- Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Eucalyptus, VMware)
- Experience with Java build tools such as Ant, Maven, Gant, or Gradle
- Experience with agile development, continuous integration and automated testing
