*Job Description:*

         Performs the service monitoring and control process across
multiple shifts

         Detects service/system deviations using events

         Requirement for Network Operation Center Engineer

         Experience in DC OPS and Control M

         Validate warning events as part of Event filtering for incident
creation

         Knowledge of Microsoft environment.

         Good knowledge of MS Excel reporting.

         1+ years experience in Data Center Operations.

         Basic Knowledge of UNIX platform.

         Performs the service monitoring and control process across
multiple shifts.

         Detects service/system deviations using events .

         Validate warning events as part of Event filtering for incident
creation .

         Perform event correlation.

         Reviews and closes Events .

         Perform Inter-process handover to create incidents/change/problem
tickets .

         Consult with NOC SME for guidance whenever required for
appropriate decision making .

         ITIL Knowledge will be an advantage.

         Experience on Control M monitoring
