Position Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer for an applications team, you will deliver
web-based
applications for telephony solutions.
On this team you'll have the ability to apply all that you've learned
creating and
enhancing software in a growing company. At Vocalocity you'll have the
opportunity to
shape your career path based solely on your talent and work ethic.
The successful candidate likely has a B.S. in Computer Science or related
field.
(Equivalent experience will also be considered).
Core Responsibilities:
 Architect and develop web-based applications
 Present and document software designs to other team members and across
teams
 Implement requirements as defined by the business quickly, in a
collaborative
fashion and with a high degree of quality
 Participate in the complete Agile development process including planning,
demo
sessions and design/architecture
 Evaluate new technologies and techniques for incorporation into products
and
processes
 Research, review and repair legacy code
 Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports
 Enhance our continuous integration process to increase code quality
