*Position 1:*

*Capacity Planning Engineer*

*Location:  LosAngeles, CA*

*Duration: Full Time/ Permanent position*



*Roles & Responsibilities:*

Network Capacity & Bandwidth Planning Engineer to provide building
solutions to address specific customer needs. In this position, you will be
working with technology experts to provide bandwidth and capacity
management solutions to the leading Media Service Provider.  This job
requires exceptional technical skills along with the Media domain
knowledge’s, Related technical knowledge is crucial alongwith excellent
communications is a key requirement.



*Responsibilities:-* The Engineer is expected to work towards the capacity
planning for the backbone and the data center networks and should have
decent understanding of the IP & Transport networks and capacity Management
tools and frameworks

The ideal candidate will be self-driven and have a good experience in

Ø  Minimum 4 – 6years’ experience in Network & telecommunication industry.

Ø  Understanding on the capacity transformation and control system for
virtual & cloud infrastructure.

Ø  Experience on Capacity Management tool CIRBA and other similar tools.

Ø  Knowledge on IP Networks and fundamentals : Routing and Switching
fundamentals.

Ø  Understanding of Network Infrastructures, Cloud Computing,
Virtualization, Systems and Applications interfaces.

Ø  Proven exposure on the Best Practices towards Capacity and Bandwidth
management and Optimization.



Desirables:

Ø  Fair understanding on the network and Media solutions.

Ø  Experience on the CIRBA Tool



Soft Skills Requirements:

Ø  Ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to many levels
of technical skill sets for varying audience

Ø  Good Training skills.

Ø  Good presentation

Ø  Effective collaboration and teaming with multiple internal teams



Certifications:

Ø  CCNA will be preferred.
