American Hole n’ One  <ahno.com> is seeking a detail oriented IT Help Desk technician for internal, first tier desktop and network support.  Excellent communication skills, patience, an approachable personality, common sense, and integrity are all paramount.

Required skills include:
• Ability to support Windows/Office and OSX/Entourage and related applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform guided regular maintenance of Windows and Linux servers.
• A fundamental understanding of Active Directory
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot email, file share, printing, VOIP, and similar issues.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
Preferred skills would include:
• Basic web/game design or development experience.
• Any .NET development experience.
• Basic data mining and presentation skill.
• Experience with MSSQL, Access, and/or other databases.
• Advanced network administration and design skill.
• Experience using scripting languages to automate tasks.
• Experience using and/or supporting the Adobe Creative Suite.
Applicants must pass a background check to be considered.   The starting pay rate will be $12-16 per hour depending on experience.
