Thompson Technologies has an immediate and exciting 6 month engagement with potential for hire in Atlanta, GA for a Linux Engineer with experience with tools like Puppet or similar configuration management tools for complex deployment automation.

You will use your skills and experience in the following:

*        Experience with Puppet, Chef or equivalent tools

*       5 years experience with infrastructure management, Linux administration (RedHat 6.x/CentOS 5.x & 6.x)

*       Virtualization or Cloud administration experience

*       Apache and Tomcat experience

*       Scripting languages (e.g.: Perl, Python, PHP, etc.)

*       BS in Computer Science or equivalent
