NOC Support Engineer, Healthcare, Alpharetta, Georgia
 In this role, the hiring manager is looking for 1-3 years of experience in technical or application with knowledge of databases, specifically Oracle and SQL.  Any networking knowledge and familiarity is a huge plus.  Someone with NOC exposure is preferred.

The resources will be taking calls from the technical folks within the hospital such as the OnSight Network Administrator.  Typically the calls need to be routed to a specialist or technical resource.  This could include the CareBridge team, RSA (WINDOWS/Linux) team, HPF Specialist (specific clinical application for McKesson) or SystemsCare Team.  They operate at a 25-30% call resolute but may want that to increase to 40%.

This will be both day shift positions.  The person will probably work five 8 hour days or four 10 hour days.  Must be open to weekend and holiday work.  24/7 shop. Training is very hands-on learning and mentoring for three weeks.

Interview will be a straight face-to-face.  If all managers and the director are available to meet then we could be one and done.
