Must-have:
- In-depth Linux system administration experience
- Building RPM and DPKG packages
- Managing YUM and APT package repositories
- Experience with Ruby and Rails
- Strong MySQL user skills
- Efficient queries against multiple tables
- Index management
- Query planning and debugging (EXPLAIN)
- Git and Github experience
- Forking, branching, merging, rebasing
Nice to have:
- In-depth TCP/IP networking experience
- OpenVPN
- Load balancing
- Traffic Shaping
- Experience with Java and Tomcat
