This is a contract to hire position.

Job Description:

This person will be responsible for doing the technical assessment of the client's environment prior to an application upgrade. This person will be responsible for good technical documentation that the upgrades teams will use in their ramp up and completion on the upgrade projects. There is no travel involved for this position only strong written, phone and email skills with a customer service mindset is required.

Top 3 Skills (stack ranked) :

(1) strong documentation skills, (2) understanding of a varied infrastructure environment, (3) Linux/Unix background
