Thompson Technologies is presently looking for a full-time Linux Engineer with a passion for automating the maintenance and monitoring SaaS platforms to fill a cloud infrastructure position with our client in Atlanta, GA.



Requirements:

 *   B.A./B.S. with a strong academic record.
 *   Experience operating and monitoring large LAMP and/or SaaS platforms
 *   Experience monitoring, maintaining and tuning MySQL a huge plus
 *   Experience automating sys admin of large numbers of machines using Chef a huge plus

Desired skills:

 *   Solr, Cassandra, Redis, StatsD, Graphite, Zabbix
