This is a full time, on-site, salaried Senior LAMP Developer position
located in Atlanta, GA paying $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience +
benefits. No telecommuting allowed. US Citizens or Green Card holders only

Our client is looking for a Senior LAMP Developer. They are building B2C and
B2B eCommerce sites for several their internal brands as well as dealer
portals and other inventory/shipping portals for their products. This
position MUST be on-site, so no remote or telecommute option on this one.  

Qualifications:        
 
* 4-yr CS/CIS/MIS degree or higher (may consider 2 year degree in same field
with enough relevant experience) 
* Formal documentation and SDLC requirements 
* Min of 7 years of corporate enterprise level development 
* Must have a success oriented personality 
* Must have a full understanding of relational databases design and must
have a high proficiency in designing relational database systems       
* Experience writing complex queries extracting and manipulating data in
large databases (150+ tables) 
* Experience tuning queries 
* Experience writing queries to manipulate database schemas 
* Must have documentation experience, understand process flow charts, data
flow diagrams, technical documentation, in-line documentation based on
php-docs, etc 
* Documenting legacy systems as well as new project development 
* Should have a solid understanding of project management principles and a
modified agile/waterfall development SDLC           
* Must be able to create test cases surrounding any process based code that
they encounter 
* Must understand and be able to apply cross-browser testing techniques
including using tools like "Web Developer," "Firebug" and other browser
tools (e.g. in chrome and I.E.) 
* Must be able to work cross-departmentally to facilitate full QA/UAT
testing 
* Must be able to communicate well with technical and non-technical people 
* Must be comfortable describing/proposing technical solutions in front of
peers and management 
* Must be comfortable learning/maintaining existing applications and
code-bases as well as working on new development initiatives 
* Must understand design patterns and Object Oriented design with a high
level of proficiency 
        
Technical: 
 
* PHP4/PHP5,  JQuery (heavy visualization and Ajax),  JS, CSS, XHTML,  +
HTML5, + Navicat, ++ Zend Framework experience or training        
* ++++ Magento experience or training 
* + MySQL configuration and performance tuning 
* Apache configuration         
* Must feel comfortable navigating and manipulating file structure in a Unix
environment via command-line 
* Must have experience with ticketing systems; Jira w/confluence is a plus 
* Subversion - Must understand version control and be able to apply concepts
environment
