*FULL JOB SCOPE*:

We are currently seeking a Unix Systems Administrator with 5 years o f
experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or Solaris to join our team.
Experience with Apache http servers and Java application servers, preferably
Tomcat and/or Glassfish, with Perl and/or other scripting languages is
required.

   - Some experience with Vignette Web Content Management, DoubleClick DART,
   and Lyris is a plus.
   - Install, configure, and support multi-tiered systems applications
   including, but are not limited to: web servers, application servers,
   database servers, Vignette Web Content Management software components,
   DoubleClick DART software components, Lyris software components, NetBackup
   or similar software.
   - Tune and customize operating systems to support specific applications
   for best performance.
   - Implement and verify security settings that meet best practices and SOX
   guidelines where applicable.
   - Implement high availability solutions with load balanced environments
   and clustering software.
   - Support load testing efforts and provide feedback on performance
   improvement and implement improvements when appropriate.
   - Perform hardware/software upgrades and OS patching using standard
   configurations and best practices.
   - Develop custom scripts using Perl, Python, or other scripting
   languages.
   - Troubleshoot, correct, and report operating system and application
   problems.
   - Provide tier 3 support for problem resolution and root cause analysis.
   - Provide 24/7 support in an on-call rotation.
   - Perform other duties as needed, and as directed by supervisor
