Hi All.

My name is Asher. I'm a Linux/Unix user (at admin level, give or take) for
many years now.
I'm currently hunting for a job. Here's a bit more about me:

    • I'm an IT team leader with a hands-on approach. My specialty is in
software development quality assurance.
    • I have an extensive experience in training and managing culturally
diverse and remote QA teams.
    • I have the experience of founding QA plans, processes, and teams
where QA didn't exist before.
    • While I'm excelling at managing people, I'm not shying away from
getting my hands dirty. I have vast experience with many types of servers
and OS's. I know how to configure network interfaces, local and
network-based storage, and tackle networking and both software and hardware
issues.
    • I'm experienced in virtualization technics.
    • I'm familiar with the role of serving as a liaison between
different teams of the organization - development, QA, field services, and
marketing/sales.
    • I'm results driven. Whatever the assignment is, I'll get the job
done.

While I come from a QA background, each product/solution I ever worked on was
OS-based. In other words, I had to do a lot of self sys-admin things just
to prepare systems for the QA part. That included fresh installs, LVM and
filesystem management, networking (within the OS and in the lab - switches,
vlans, etc).

My resume is available upon request.

Any leads would be much appreciated.
