All,
I may need to replace a full-time Java programmer. (She's moving to
greener pastures.)
If so, I'll be looking for someone with a couple years Java experience
minimum. The jobs in Technology Park, Norcross.
We have 5 people on the team, but only one java programmer, so whoever
it is needs to be pretty self-sufficient at figuring things out on
their own.
The development environment is defined by the programmer (linux I
assume for this crowd), but the deployment environment is Windows for
the foreseeable future.
The J2EE stack is Win2003/IIS/Tomcat and were using MS-SQL as the DB.
Not much flexibility in changing that, except going to Win2008 at some
point.
We're currently using Java 1.4 with a 1.6 compatibility library (set
of classes). We should be migrating to 1.6 within several months.
(ie. when we replace our current server(s)).
Send me your resume if interested.
Greg
