<p class="MsoPlainText">I spent the day with family in Sale Creek TN in the path of totality. Definitely worth the drive and the time off. I drove up Sunday and spent the night with them because I knew Monday traffic would be a zoo. U.S. 27 from Chattanooga
to Dayton TN was a mess and other family that lives in Chattanooga that drove up that morning sent me pictures.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">The entire thing was awesome. The full eclipse when one can view it without the glasses was spectacular and photos just don't do it justice.<br>

Also just before full eclipse and just after one could see two crescents - one being a sliver of the sun itself and the other being the edge of the moon looking as if it were on fire. When I first saw the second crescent I thought my eyes were playing tricks
on me until my family confirmed they saw it too. <o:p></o:p></p>
