This is a deal breaker for me :( And I was seriously considering changing over. I have *the exact* same modem that they hand out, I just bought it myself. They even push their own firmware onto it.<br>

My only complaint about comcast business is that they're expensive. [1]<br>
Their service and support have been excellent.<br>

The only service outage I've had that wans't due to something more major<br>
(eg hurricane or a ligtning strike) was due to a guy who cut the coax<br>
feed with a shovel in spite of the "dont't dig here" markers.<br>
