an account for the play store and this is usually a gmail account. My phone recently has been prompting me to setup some sort of extra security or lost phone using the gmail account I’d created for use with android/play store. I’ve been blithely ignoring
that prompt as I’m not interested but maybe you followed it and that is where the “secondary security” was setup. If you know the account and password you use for play store maybe entering that will unlock the phone.
