<p dir="ltr">Isn't 2.23.7 a later version than 2.3.x? :-)</p>
<p dir="ltr">CentOS7 was released in 2014 and it currently has util-linux-2.23.2 which provides fdisk.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Parted is cooler and has more capability.</p>
