</span>So autofs isn't letting go. I don't know if that's a bug or if autofs<br>
was just never updated to handle devices going away. Is there a reason<br>
you have to use autofs? Could you not use a udev rule to trigger mount<br>
and backup and then have an explicit unmount after backup is done?<br>
