Good point about the list. It is public. Choose what you share accordingly.
Are we talking Thursday, Saturday or Sunday for this meatup?
Plus, folks this is a public list available to anyone on the internet.
Might not be a good idea broadcasting when you are and are not out of town.
July happens to be one of the few months this summer that I will not be
out of town more than I'm in town. I'm also in town for a smattering of
days in August and September that I could make work.
I have 3 outdoor cooking devices on my deck! Marinate the portobellos in
a garlic oil with a splash of balsamic vinegar and dust with smoked
paprika. Yeah. That was a great dinner!
I will be sure to announce LOUDLY when the next ALE
(Not going to be snarky and say anything about joining us _on_ the
burgers to cauliflower and portobello steaks to veggie pizza (I did a
pizza last night in my charcoal grill - YUM!) the grill is a
universal outdoor cooking tool! Grilled corn is wonderful and it
comes with its own handle. I once grilled a Brussels sprout stalk. On
Years back ALE had a summer meeting at Charles Shapiro's place and
meat was cooked in his big green egg. Much fun was had by all. At a
different summer, ALErs appeared at my house and meat was cooked on
my grill and again, much fun was had by all. In fact, that party was
the source for the picture of me, with beer in hand, that wound up
in the UK Linux magazine. We should do another one.
