Computational Sciences and Engineering (CSE) supports interdisciplinary research and education in computer science and applied mathematics using a diverse collection of HPC resources including Intel-and NVIDIA-based GPGPU clusters, large-memory HPC servers,
large-scale storage arrays, high-performance interconnects like Infiniband, and unique hardware. This position supports research and education uses of these diverse HPC resources including user support and collaboration on deployment, research, and development
as well as special projects to support research groups in areas such as HPC and "big data". The candidate will work closely with the College of Computing (CoC) Technology Services Organization (TSO) to implement large-scale, automated approaches to managing
substantial quantities of high-performance computing resources in support of CSE needs. The candidate will interface with personnel at the campus Office of Information Technology.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
