Or just use rsync over ssh and let the uploader feel the pain of all<br>

You can set limits on rsync transfer rates. That would be nice to the<br>
uploader. Use the --bwlimit= option.<br>

But ... I'd probably use a flash drive if the other-side was in metro ATL.<br>
