<p dir="ltr">I rather agree with you. My short run of one day says KDE IS usable, now.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Why one day (yesterday)? I am on a quest: how to get my Sapphire r9 300 to work with Fedora 23/and 4.4 kernel. For now and the short term, stick with Nvidia. My vid card is the best value on the market, but Linux support truly sucks today for it.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Anybody have any tips for a 4.4 kernel and ATI cards? </p>

Exactly why I hated the early versions of KDE 4. Not sure if it is KDE or <br>
Mageia's tweaks to KDE, but 4.14.5 has toned way down on forcing mobile <br>
features on desktop users. Looks quite different from my beloved 3.5.9 which <br>
I have hung on to *far* too long. But functions close enough to what I'm <br>
used to... Find myself rolling my chair over to the new computer more and <br>
more frequently as things on the web break. Far less painful than having to <br>
use Windows!<br>
