can not be compelled to reveal passwords. (They deem the latter part of your 5<sup>th</sup> amendment right not to testify against yourself but the former they don’t see as “testifying” much as they don’t see compelling you to give up your blood sample as
“testifying”. I don’t really agree with that view – to me anything that requires YOU to provide something to be used against you is in fact testifying.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

I don't think it's a crybaby, "you didn't let us fix it", thing. It seems pretty clear from that description of the problem that Apple is trying to prevent tampering with the fingerprint scanner, i.e. it's a security thing.<o:p></o:p></p>
