<p dir="ltr">Disable the cephs repo and try again with just epel. Basically the cephs repo is requiring specific version that are older than what you have already. You can install the older libs manually by listing out full package.version and exclude the epel repo.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Or just use --skip-broken and let the repo get a newer version in a few days.</p>
